Print bills overview

Print Bills is used to print the final bills once all edits have been made.

Printer selection options

Print Bills includes printer selection options that let you specify which printer and tray to use for printing the bills. Each component of a bill can be printed to a different printer or to a different printer bin. There is a tab for each bill component (Envelope, Cover Page, Expense Attachment, and Bill) that provides the options of which printer to use, which printer tray to use to print the first page of that component, and which printer tray to use to print the remaining pages of that component.

Note

The Envelope bill component has only one tray option.

There is also a collate option you can use to set the order of the printed pages.
